This Privacy Policy describes how Kilo ("we", "our", or "the App") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application. We are committed to protecting your personal data and ensuring transparency.

1. Information We Collect

A. Account Information

We use Clerk as our authentication provider. When you create an account, we collect:

• Email address
• Name (optional)
• Authentication tokens

B. Fitness & Body Data

To provide fitness tracking capabilities, the App allows you to log:

• Workout routines, sets, reps, and weights.
• Basic body metrics (weight, height, body fat percentage).

C. InBody Photos (Locally Stored)

CRITICAL DISCLOSURE: The App allows you to take and store "InBody" or progress photos. These photos are stored LOCALLY on your device. We do not upload, transmit, or store your photos on our servers. You have full control over these images and can delete them from your device at any time.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide the service: Tracking your workouts, calculating Personal Records (PRs), and showing your progress.
• AI Integration: We use third-party AI APIs (Google Gemini) to generate workout routines based on your prompts. Only necessary text prompts (e.g., "Make a chest workout") are sent to the AI. No personally identifiable information or photos are sent to the AI.

3. Medical Disclaimer

Kilo is a fitness tracking tool, not a medical device. The AI and the App do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a physician before starting any new exercise program.

4. Account and Data Deletion

You have the right to completely delete your account and all associated data at any time.

• How to delete: Open the App -> Go to the Profile tab -> Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account".
• This action is irreversible and will permanently delete your authentication record and all data stored on our servers.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may collect data in accordance with their own privacy policies:

• Clerk (Authentication)
• Google Gemini API (AI Workout Generation)

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy.
